The Portofino Inn, as it was originally named, opened in 1962. This California beach hotel helped spur early interest in Redondo Beach’s King Harbor when it opened three years later. Named for the Italian seacoast town of Portofino and admired for its Mediterranean vibe.

The Seaside Lawn at The Portofino Hotel & Marina is tucked away overlooking the Pacific. With its refreshing sea-breeze and amazing sunsets every couple will be blown away.
The Seaside Lawn is also an ideal location for a cocktail hour before the reception while the bride and groom go off for their wedding portraits.

Bayside Ballroom
3,500 square feet
This ballroom is complete with grand panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, floor to ceiling windows. For weddings up to 300 guests.
Pacific Ballroom & Terrace
2,205 square feet
The Pacific Ballroom offers the ideal backdrop and intimate setting for a romantic California wedding seating up to 250 guests. The room has an outdoor balcony complete with stunning dramatic views for your guests to gaze at as they dance into the night.
