Yes. New hires can be photographed at our Fountain Valley studio between larger on-site sessions. Their images are matched to your company standard so every headshot looks consistent regardless of when it was taken.

Every group session includes a pre-session planning call, a wardrobe preparation guide distributed to your team, on-location photography at your office or preferred venue, and posing and expression coaching for each person.

One retouched high-resolution image per person is included in the session fee. Additional images are available for purchase after the session. All purchased images are individually retouched before delivery.

Standard retouching includes skin smoothing, blemish removal, eye clarity, flyaway hair, clothing de-wrinkling, and light contouring. The goal is professional and natural. Images look like the best version of the person photographed.

Through a private online gallery within 48 hours. Each person selects their preferred images and final retouched files are delivered as digital downloads in multiple formats ready for immediate use. Rush 24-hour delivery is available at an additional fee.

Yes. Employees can review their images on-site before the session ends so they leave confident they have a great shot.

Yes, at an additional cost. We can arrange a makeup artist and hairstylist, or team members can arrive with styling done. Discuss this during the planning call so timing can be coordinated.
